Han Solo an Avenger?

Would you imagine my surprise when i read THIS article on the most renowned newspaper here in Panama, and find myself face to face with a news blurb that reads:

“Harrison Ford, and all the cast of the quite anticipated The Avengers movie, attended the International San Diego Comic Con, Comic-Con (it ended yesterday), to the surprise of all Fans there.”

What the fuck dude? I mean, what else would a person attending the SDCC would expect?  The best thing is that not only they managed to confuse the casual comic reader by indirectly implying that Ford is part of the Avengers cast, but managed to compress four days worth of comic and pop culture news in those lines.

Because, you know, that is ALL that happened there, you know.  Four days, and the only noteworthy thing was Harrison Ford, and the Avengers cast… whom he might be a part of, or not… as you wish.

I love our local journalism!

Sheesh!

And what about that Comic-Con eh?

Well… This year’s Comic-Con has come and went as fast as it got here.  Yet again, i didn’t go.  As a matter of fact, i only know one single lonely countryman that has ever been there, about 3 years ago.  Dude used to own the only comic book store here.  We no longer have comic book shops here.

That blows bloated dead rat’s ass in gravy if you ask me. (more…)

Leaked: The SDCC THOR Trailer.

Quick! Before they pull it down! Feast your eyes on the Shakespearean Magnificence that is THOR!

I wonder how long it will be since this trailer gets yanked down.  It took Paramount a few hours to get rid of the previous one i had posted on youtube.
